ja9 gun VIP — Weekly Cashback and Exclusive Benefits for Regular Players
ja9 gun's VIP program is structured across three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback, priority service, and special offers. The higher you go, the greater the benefits.
Three VIP Tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold
The ja9 gun VIP program has three tiers. Each tier rewards members with a set weekly cashback rate. The cards below show the name and cashback range for each tier.
Bronze is the first tier after joining the program. You can earn up to 0.3% cashback each week on your total net loss. This is where your VIP benefits begin.
Stay consistently active to move past Bronze and reach the Silver tier. Here the weekly cashback rate rises to up to 0.7%, and the range of benefits grows as well.
Gold is the highest tier in the ja9 gun VIP program. The highest cashback rate and the best benefits are available at this tier.
How Weekly Cashback Works
Weekly cashback is calculated based on your total net loss for the week — that is, the amount you lost from your total bets minus what you won. Your tier's assigned rate is then applied to that amount to determine your cashback.
Cashback is calculated once per week and credited directly to your account. To withdraw, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other available method, with a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500.
Keep in mind that cashback returns only a small portion of your net loss — it is not a way to recover losses. For full terms and conditions, please read the Terms and Conditions.
Cashback Example — Silver Member
This is the maximum amount at the Silver tier. If the net loss is lower, the cashback will be proportionally less.
How Tiers Are Upgraded
Moving up in the ja9 gun VIP program is straightforward. Staying regularly active and playing consistently naturally creates the opportunity to advance to the next tier.
Join and Start Playing
Open an account at ja9 gun and play whatever you enjoy — slots, live casino, fishing, or cricket betting. Every valid bet counts as activity in the VIP program.
Stay Consistent
Staying consistently active within a set period makes it possible to move from Bronze to Silver, and from Silver to Gold. Regular activity matters more here than hitting a specific deposit or turnover target.
Enjoy Greater Benefits
As your tier increases, your cashback rate goes up and new VIP benefits become available. Reaching Gold tier gives you access to the program's best rewards.
VIP Exclusive Benefits
Beyond cashback, ja9 gun VIP members receive a number of exclusive benefits that are not available on standard accounts.
Weekly Cashback
A portion of your net loss is automatically returned at the end of each week. The higher your tier, the higher the rate.
Fast Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed on a priority basis. This is typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Priority Support
Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. Queries from VIP members receive faster responses.
Special Offers and Promotions
Special promotional offers are sent based on your VIP tier. Gold members receive the largest and most exclusive offers first.
Higher Limits and Flexibility
Higher-tier VIP members get more flexible betting limits and transaction options, which is helpful for placing larger bets.
Secure Transactions
SSL-secured transactions are guaranteed across all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for VIP members is also ৳300.

Play Any Game, Earn VIP Benefits
The ja9 gun VIP program is not limited to any specific game or category. Play slots, enjoy live baccarat or roulette at ja9 gun Casino, or bet on cricket or football — every active week counts toward VIP cashback.
Hundreds of games are available from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and more. From Gates of Olympus to Fortune Tiger, Aviator to Mega Fishing — every bet on this varied platform is part of your VIP journey. Visit the slots section to see how many options are available.
To play on mobile, the Android APK and iOS app are available through official channels, and VIP benefits are fully active on the app as well.
Earning Cashback Is Not a Reason to Play More
Important Note
VIP cashback is a reward for regular members. However, it should never be seen as a way to recover losses. Only a small fraction of your weekly net loss is returned — placing more bets in hopes of earning cashback is financially harmful.
Treat gaming as entertainment. Bet within your means and never increase your amounts to chase previous losses. If you feel gaming is getting out of control, read the responsible gaming guidelines and seek support.
